To locate a tenant for your property, we will advertise it on the MLS system and multiple online rental platforms.

For properties in the DFW area, we offer a full-service tenant placement option for 75% of one month’s rent, provided there’s no existing management agreement. This service includes installing “For Rent” signs at the property.

We will perform background checks to identify any criminal records or past evictions. To move forward, we’ll need a signed leasing agreement and either a set of keys or access to the property.
