First You Must check military status For EACH Tenant.

Step 1: Create an Account:

Step 2: Run a Records Request

Submit a single records request for each tenant using their DOB and last name. Print the status result for each tenant (required for court)

Step 3: Confirm Active Duty (If Applicable)

For any tenant identified as military, re-run their details on the SCRA website to verify active duty status.

Print these results as well.
